Kagwad is located in the border region of Karnataka, in Kagwad taluk of Belagavi district. The college stands in the extension area of the town on a six-acre campus.
The old institutional record describes a campus with 35 classrooms, a well-equipped library known as Dnyanyogi Granthalaya and a computer laboratory supported by internet facilities to encourage an ICT-enabled learning culture.
