About Us
Vision, Mission & Motto
Higher education, social mobility and the propagation of knowledge.
OUR MOTTO
Commitment to the propagation of knowledge.
OUR VISION
Equal opportunities for rural youth.
Our vision is the vision held by the saint-seer His Holiness Shri Mallikarjun Mahaswamiji when he founded this college in the rural hinterland of Karnataka adjoining the Maharashtra border: to provide equal opportunities for higher education to rural youth who have limited access to urban centres.
Education is a means of social mobility. By providing rural youth with access to higher education, the college seeks to help them shape their careers and participate fully in national life.
OUR MISSION
Carry forward the torch of knowledge.
Our mission is to carry the torch of knowledge through future generations—not only by presenting what has been handed down, but by sharing it widely and contributing through continuing efforts to create new knowledge.
